Death, Gloom, Despair & Agony…

A perfect record was tarnished yesterday. The chase for a perfect season ended. The colts lost to the chargers 17-26. I am totally convinced that they lost because I wasn’t there to watch the game. I did watch part of the game while I was out to lunch. It was early in the game & it wasn’t looking good then so I made peace that this could be the game that they loose. You had to know that someone was going to beat them sooner or later, although we haven’t had an undefeated season since the 1972 dolphins.

This last week has been really busy. I have been trying to catch up since coming home from Michigan. I am the only one who does my job & my employer thinks I am superman & that they only need one person to do my job, so I am really backed up.

I spent this last weekend with my in-laws for Christmas. My cousin/future brother in law was here from Michigan for the week, so we had Christmas a week early. My father in law decided to get back into the deer business again this year so I help process some deer. Seeing all the massive racks hanging, renewed the buck fever in me. Today starts late muzzleloader in Iowa. It runs until 1-11-06 & I have some holiday weekends coming up, so I am hopeful.

We went to see The Chronicles of Narnia last night. It was slow starting but I was impressed, I really liked it. I hope they keep the series going.
